It’s coming to that time of year again for Walking Dead fans as Season 7 is set to return to our screens. The midseason premier will be in full swing on 12th February 2017.
Speaking of full swing, will bat-wielding villain, Negan continue to cause Rick and the group terror, or will there be a flip in the script? We’ll most definitely find out shortly. Walking Dead co-star Norman Reedus (Darryl) spoke to Entertainment Weekly, “I think you’re going to start to see a little fear in that bad guy’s eyes. He’s been walking tall long enough wielding his little toy bat around. Time to bring that guy down a notch.”
The mid season premier may be on its way, but where was it left off? At the end of the mid season finale the uplifting scene showed the group reunited at Hilltop and ready to fight back.Prior to the promising ending, the group were split up and torn apart by Negan. The Alexandria group were under threat which lead to conflict and misery. Daryl was made a prisoner to Negan in the hopes he would join the dark side. Additionally a new ally was established by members of the group as they meet ‘King’ Ezekiel, who also has a Tiger!
The new midseason premier starts in less than a month so we are prepared for more madness. Will the seventh season have a happy ending or will misery continue to spread? We’ll have to find out!
