Memories Don’t Die – Tory Lanez
During the early hours of Saturday, Tory Lanez took to social media with new information on his upcoming album; ‘Memories Don’t Die’. The artist previously posted the Memories Don’t Die trailer in efforts to promote his new project 2 weeks ago, where the video evidently gained a positive reception by Instagramers…
For the fans, good news has surfaced, as the Argentina Fargo lately released the album art, followed by the track list of the album; boasting a lengthy 18 songs, including pre-released singles ‘Shooters’, ‘SKRT SKRT’, and ‘Real Thing’ featuring Future. We see the likes of Nav and 50 Cent among the various talent that features throughout ‘MDL’.
The album art depicts the artist in a room full of balloons, with his well known symbol of a face, appearing several times. There are also a number of pictures hanging off the balloons, which of course, relate to the album title: Memories Don’t Die. Overall, the art uses vibrant colours but with a kind of ‘edgy’ feel to it. So, perhaps this type of vibe will run through the album
Lanez was able to give the fans a lot more though, as the artist included 3 ‘unreleased’ tracks, that can be enjoyed at the Memories Don’t Die website. While it appears you have to register your email to listen to these tracks, there’s no doubt they will soon become accessible online via music websites (Soundcloud, Audiomack and possibly the music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music)
