The return of Power is coming and the excitement is immense. Anyone not familiar with this Starz drama…you need to be. Executively produced by Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson and created by Courtney Kemp Agboh this original show is arguably one of the best shows out now. Also, one of my favourite shows ever it includes all the best aspects from your most entertaining shows. Themes of violence, lust, brotherhood, societal issue and much more run throughout, these concepts mixed with a well written script enhances the rawness and relatability with the characters, moreover building a relationship between the viewer and characters, building an emotional connection with their lives.
Power became available on Netflix UK on July 18th 2016 starting with the first two seasons and season 3 was released an episode a week every Monday, these are all now available for viewing. If you’re looking for a new show to binge watch this is perfect for you, the gripping storylines throughout keep you in high anticipation for next episode. Which brings me on to season 4 after a long wait and an unexpected end to season 3, like other fans of the show, we were gassed to see the release announcement and the teaser trailer.
Anyone who hasn’t seen this programme I highly recommend It you will be gripped from the outset. Also, they are 45mins long meaning they are the perfect Netflix binge watch with quality actors, directing and stories you can’t go wrong. Thank me later.
